Shipping

We ship Canada-wide via Canada Post and UPS. All our products are shipped locally from Surrey, British Columbia.

We offer Free Shipping on small items like phone cases, lanyards, etc. via Canada Post Lettermail (no tracking) which takes 2-7 business days. Faster shipping option with tracking is also available at checkout for an additional cost.

Orders with apparels has a flat shipping rate with tracking.

Shipping fee: $10
Shipping time: 1-2 business days (unless in a rural/remote location)

Addresses in AB, MB, NB, NL, NT, NS, NU, ON, PE, QC, SK, and YT
Shipping fee: $15
Shipping time: 2-7 business days

Free shipping with tracking on all orders $130 or more!

We aim to ship your order as soon as possible. We need 1-2 business days processing time to prepare your order before we can ship them out.

Please note: We don’t hold responsibility for lost packages due to address errors provided by our customers.

 


 

Local Pick-Up in Surrey BC

Please note that we operate online from a residential address and do not have a storefront.

If you wish to pick-up locally in Surrey, BC and pay by Cash or Interac e-Transfer, please send a screenshot of your cart by text or WhatsApp message to 604-561-0261.

In most cases, local pick-up orders can be picked up on the same day if we have pick-up times available. Pick-up times vary depending on the day.

Cash and Interac e-Transfer payments: To ensure fairness for all our customers, we only hold items for same-day pick-up during available pick-up times (times vary depending on the day). Customers are welcome to send full payment for items via e-Transfer to reserve and pick up another day. Reserved items are final sale and cannot be exchanged for a different item or size.
